Daily Routine

On a normal day...

  • Pat and Nancy wake up at 3:00 am
  • They arrive at the school by 4:00 am
  • Margie comes in at 5:30 am to prepare breakfast
  • Nancy M. starts work on her lunch items at 7:00 am
  • Delphene is the last cook in at 8:00 am to make salads
  • Then come Tammy & Niki who arrive at 10:15 am

On Tuesday and Thursday, Nancy and Pat send out the main lunch item to two middle schools and two elementary schools. They also have seven different areas to set-up for Southridge lunches. Fresh bread and cookies are baked everyday.

Once a month we have Turkey Gravy Day. This is the biggest lunch served during the month. We ship out gravy and potatoes to our two middle and two elementary schools. Nancy & Pat come in at 3:00 am to start making this "favorite" lunch
